  3. Make it your first priority of the day. Get up an hour early and get it done.
  4. Master the efficient workouts. Focus on doing big, compound movements like deadlifts.
  5. Fuel your body for lasting energy. Load up with whole foods. Pack healthy snacks that you can eat on the go.
