Scott’s passion and experience with fitness and training goes back almost 20 years. Scott has spent time as a bodybuilder competing in competitions, and has also spent time as a semi-professional soccer player. Athletics, fitness and training are what he knows.
Scott is also a certified personal trainer, with Certificate III & IV in Fitness, as well as certification in Precision Nutrition, and First Aid. His qualifications make him a great personal trainer for those looking to get guidance with weight loss or body building, his specialties. With knowledge of both physical and nutritional aspects of the body, he can help you set goals and meet them.

He has over 20 years in the fitness industry and has completed the Precision Nutrition certification program. He’s also been training for 56 years in cardio and weights, and has the experience to guide the community at Challenge Fitness so each member is welcome and finds opportunities to meet their individual goals.

Carl has recently moved to Port Macquarie from the UK, having spent 15 years working at The University of Liverpool. The wealth of knowledge and experience gained over the past 15 years has helped shaped Carl into an enthusiastic and engaging personal trainer.
His past and current clients come from a wide range of backgrounds, including; students, lecturers, doctors, and retiree's. They all had specific goals that they wanted to achieve, from fat loss and body recomposition, to improving strength and gaining lean muscle mass. Carl's aim is to always deliver these sessions in a fun, motivating and personal way. This has proven to get successful results time and time again.
Carl's Mantra: "I believe everybody has the ability to achieve their goals. I will provide you with the motivation, nutritional advice and a tailor made personal program, which will help you to achieve yours".
For the past three years, Elle has been focusing on personal training as well as creating an incredible fitness class experience. You’ll find her classes and training sessions engaging and dynamic, challenging, yet fun.
With a Certificate III & IV in Fitness, as well as First Aid Certification, Elle’s specialties include women’s training - helping women find their inner confidence as they focus on strength training, conditioning, or weight loss.
Elle’s Mantra: “You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.”
Michelle has gathered over 7 years of experience in the fitness industry, as she’s worked at gyms across NSW, from Narellan to Camden to Campbelltown. Now, having settled on the coast, Michelle’s energetic and engaging group classes are her speciality.
During her years of experience, Michelle earned her Certificate III in Fitness, as well as accreditation with Body Pump workouts, cross training, and boxing. She also has training in First Aid and CPR. She has range, too! At Challenge Fitness, you’ll find her coaching everything from Body Pump classes to cross training, and Bootcamp, Sprint, and HIIT classes.

Rosalie is our Yoga instructor. You will find her at Challenge Fitness on Monday Nights and Saturday mornings.
Another member of our creche staff, Angel has experience with keeping children engaged and entertained, so their time is equally well-spent while you grab a workout. As a mum of three, Angel knows how to care for them and keep them engaged. With her specialty being Arts and Crafts, she also has a diploma in Photography, as well as a Certification III in Business.

When you come to Challenge Fitness, Zaneta is the friendly face who we greet you at the front desk. As the office manager, she believes in supporting each and every member in working towards their own health and fitness goals.
After spending 20 years in nursing, Zaneta decided to transition to the Challenge Fitness office, where she hopes to feel inspired to enjoy her own fitness journey as well.
Zaneta’s Mantra: “You can’t change someone’s behavior; you can only change your response.”
Tom is the exercise physiologist at Challenge Fitness. With a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology, Tom’s speciality includes working with veterans, DVA and Medicare individuals, as well as private health and injury rehabilitation. In addition to his experience working as an exercise physiologist, he also has three years of experience with coaching rugby.
